90-Day Residential Addiction Treatment - Phase 3
Phase 3 of our residential addiction treatment program is the 'Exit' phase. After completing Phase 1 and Phase 2 our 90-day program includes Phase 3. This phase is the planning phase for long-term addiction rehabilitation and is designed specifically to help our clients begin to plan for overcoming addiction and alcoholism. Phase 3 is included in our 90-day residential treatment program.

PHASE III (Exit Planning) View Schedule
Minimum of 6 hours of recovery activities
In the final phase of the residential treatment, the client begins planning his/her discharge from the program and prepares for re-entry to the community. The client is under minimal supervision and is required to attend one evening group session and one private counseling session per week. The client continues daily 12-step activities to strengthen his/her support network and is required to support program activities as a peer leader.
The client will begin working on his/her discharge plan, which includes employment, living arrangements, financial plans, continued medical compliance, support system, and 12-step activities and follow-up Outpatient treatment. The client's counselor will review the plan one-two weeks before program completion and make suggestions where needed. Program completion leads to the clients graduation where he is presented with a Certificate of Achievement in the presence of his peers and welcomed back as an active member of the Alumni club.
